We believe that food can be fun, flavoursome and good for you! whether we’re serving up a feast for your event or you’re dining at one of our intimate supper clubs, we work with natural, seasonal ingredients and draw on our global influences to create food that excites and nourishes. 

Sustainability is a journey and we’re constantly evolving our processes to deliver the best culinary experiences with as little impact as possible. 

It all begins with our ingredients, focusing on local and regenerative farming and sourcing only from suppliers and brands who share our high standards.

Palm Green’s story starts in the streets of New York .

  Kali and Memby were blown away by the abundance of choice, the quality of ingredients, and the authenticity of flavours on offer. Back in London and buzzing with inspiration Palm Greens was born.

Kali

After training at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, Kali discovered just how exciting plant-based cooking could be. Inspired by the vibrant food scene of New York, she came back with a fresh perspective on food. And, upon her return to East London, she shifted her focus to plant-based, whole-food cooking as a private chef. Blending her eclectic Greek Australian roots with East London’s drive for originality, chef Kali takes inspiration from global flavours for her menu development. 

Memby

Co-founder Memby was born in Indonesia and raised in Singapore and London. He then spent twenty years as a touring musician, developing an appetite for authentic local cuisine.  He moved on from a career in music, discovered a passion for hospitality and settled into London’s restaurant scene. Bringing his passion for bold flavours and hosting, Memby brings the vibe to Palm Greens.
