PALM GREENS RESIDENCIES 2024
This year we started doing residencies! We wanted to showcase our evening menus offering seasonal small(ish) plates, made for sharing.
PALM GREENS at LOOP
In August, we took over Loop in Leyton (E10)!
This intimate space was recently opened by the team behind Marmelo and showcases a rotating roster of talented chefs.
We followed in the footsteps of Fabrizio Ricotta and Eric Wan of Là Lot—the first two chefs to take over the kitchen. Our menu was all about celebrating seasonal summer produce. We served a mix of large and small sharers—we wanted every plate to take you on a joyful journey with an emphasis on big, bold, but perfectly balanced flavour combinations.
To start, there’ll be dishes like her signature Aguachile, a firm favourite on Palm Green’s supper club menus. This time features fresh corn, tomatoes, and rainbow beets, as fresh, spicy, and zingy as ever.
Since returning from a trip to Indonesia last year Aubergine Balado has been another of our favourites. Served whole on a bed of light and fluffy fava bean purée and topped with sambal, this is a spicy, rich, and satisfying dish.
Other highlights include our popular Tostadas and Butterbean in lemongrass, coconut tomato broth, topped with shiso herb salad, and puffed wild rice.
A relaxed and sunny vibe to match the food as Memby takes care of front of house!
PALM GREENS at 26 GRAINS
In October we were delighted to bring Palm Greens to central London at 26 Grains.
This Covent Garden restaurant has gained a reputation for hosting some incredible guest talent, so we couldn’t be happier to be cooking there.
We ran an a la carte service for this one —a beautiful autumnal menu, featuring some new and some old and favourite dishes.
Menu designed for sharing, take a look below.
